2. Heat in a microwave for 45 seconds on high setting, based on a 1,000-watt microwave. For microwaves with different wattages, adjust the heating time accordingly (reduce by 10-15 seconds for higher wattage microwaves, increase by 10-15 seconds for lower wattage microwaves).
3. If additional warmth is needed, continue heating in 15-second intervals, not exceeding a total of 75 seconds. Avoid overheating as it may cause burns or fire hazards.

Cleaning the Cover:
